Down payment

On 12-36 month leases, you generally pay a small down payment at the time of signing. The down payment is not returned, but makes your monthly payment lower. The amount of the down payment depends on the car model and is shown on the offer.

For short-term leases, you pay a deposit rather than a down payment. The deposit is returned when you return the car. You can read more about the deposit here.

With used car leasing, you pay a low down payment and there is no deposit.
